Calculator information
The amounts you enter are processed in your browser to display the calculation. MarginMade does not send or store individual calculator inputs or financial results in an application database.
Appearance preference
If you select Light or Dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the calculator can remember it. It is not linked to an account.
Product analytics
When product analytics are enabled, MarginMade uses PostHog Cloud in event-only mode to understand aggregate use of the calculator. It sends only the approved usage events and their documented properties. Session Replay, automatic interaction capture, heatmaps, and web-vitals capture are disabled. Email addresses, personal information, calculator values, and financial results are not sent to PostHog. A random identifier is used only for the current page view and is not stored in cookies or browser storage.
Early-access email
If you voluntarily join early access, Kit receives the email address and consent information you submit through the MarginMade Early Access form. The address is used for MarginMade early-access updates, is not stored in a MarginMade application database, and is not sent to PostHog.
